Low Mood

Low mood is an emotion that we have all experienced, but when you feel down and it lasts for 2 weeks or more, the problem may be difficult to overcome by yourself. You are not getting any enjoyment out of life, feeling hopeless, feel less pleasure from things and feel more agitated. You feel like doing things won't get you anywhere and you tend to delay everything which should be done and then feel fed up, worried and frustrated.
