Panic Attacks

Panic attacks occur when you feel like your heart is racing or pounding, feeling faint, dizzy or light headed, too hot or cold, sweating, shaking or feeling sick. You may experience pain in your chest or abdomen, struggling to breathe or feeling like choking. You may not be able to think clearly, feel disconnected from your mind and body and then may be afraid that you are having a heart attack, going to faint or going to die.
