Quitting smoking or vaping is a big challenge to undertake, often needing more than just willpower. Hypnotherapy, for a lot of people can be seen as an aid to willpower in helping to quit.


For hypnotherapy to help, you need to be absolutely ready and convinced that you want to quit smoking or vaping and that you are doing it for yourself and for your benefit, not because someone else asked you to do so or for other reasons. If you are not ready and the reasons are not your own that can lead to relapse and feeling like you have failed. If you are committed to the decision, you will be more likely to succeed, and hypnotherapy could aid you to succession.
